OUR FOUNDER
Big Marble Organics started with founder Dwayne Allen’s deep-rooted passion for bold, flavorful beverages, a love that began in Jamaica and followed him to Phoenix, Arizona. As the owner of The Breadfruit & Rum Bar, Allen became renowned for his tropical cocktails, especially the Dark and Stormy, which relied on high-quality ginger beer. When his Jamaican supplier unexpectedly couldn’t deliver in 2013, Allen found himself without a crucial ingredient. Unimpressed with alternatives, he set out to create his own ginger beer—one that emphasized authentic ginger flavor and Champagne-quality carbonation.
After years working to perfect his recipe, Allen’s creation was a hit. This success sparked the launch of Big Marble Organics, now dedicated to producing premium, organic beverages. From its humble beginnings solving a cocktail problem, Big Marble continues to thrive, driven by Allen’s commitment to sustainability, innovation, and delivering bold, flavorful drinks.
